Fabrication Specialist

Job Summary:

NESCO Inc is seeking a skilled Fabrication Specialist to join our team in Latrobe, PA. As a Fabrication Specialist, you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling various materials in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Material Handling: Bundle, wrap, stack, pack, assemble, glue, tape, measure, cut and label materials as required.
• Machinery Operation: Operate pallet jack and pallet wrapper to efficiently move materials around the production area.
• Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized working area to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
• Adaptability: Work in a plant environment with continually changing work assignments and products.

Requirements:

• Physical Demands: Must be able to lift, push and/or pull 50 lbs, stand for 8 hours, and read a tape measure (fractions of an inch).
• Cognitive Abilities: Must be a self-starter with attention to detail, basic knowledge of computers, and ability to read prints and work orders.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment and willingness to learn new tasks.
