Key Responsibilities:

  • Interviews and reviews applications to determine eligibility for social services
  • Verifies income and residence information to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Documents services rendered and maintains accurate records
  • Develops and maintains databases to track client information and services provided

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences or a related field
  • Valid driver's license
  • 2+ years of experience in social services or a related field
  • Ability to obtain Notary Public credentials within 6 months of hire
  • Ability to obtain Model Certified Application Counselor (CAC) credentials within 1 year of hire

Working Conditions:

This role requires regular attendance and may involve working irregular hours, including evenings and weekends. The successful candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
