This role plays a critical part in the success of the Android product line by overseeing launches, enhancing customer-facing content, analyzing support operations data, and identifying areas for improvement.

Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of the Android user experience by effectively managing product launches.
  • Enhance customer-facing content and support resources to ensure seamless user interactions.
  • Analyze user data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Implement process improvements to optimize support operations and enhance efficiency.
Requirements:
  • 4-5+ years of experience in program management or a related field, with strong experience in business analytics and process improvement.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing projects from inception to completion, with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, with the ability to extract insights from data sets.
  • Experience identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets).
  • Experience working within the mobile technology industry, with familiarity with the Android ecosystem.
  • PMP or Six Sigma certification (preferred but not required).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field experience.
