Acute Care Nurse Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Acute Care Nurse Manager to join our team at Levindale Hospital. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Brain Health Unit, ensuring high-quality patient care and exceptional patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of nurses to deliver high-quality patient care and achieve excellent patient outcomes.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction, staff engagement, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain a safe and respectful work environment, promoting a culture of excellence and professionalism.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in acute care nursing, with a focus on leadership and management.
- Maryland Registered Nurse License and American Heart Association CPR Certification required.
- ACLS certification within 6 months (if applicable).
