About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team at GXO Logistics, Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our warehouse operations, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the management of inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately counted and recorded
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff, providing coaching and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as transportation and customer service, to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a warehouse operations role, preferably in a supervisory or management capacity
  • Proven track record of improving efficiency and productivity in a warehouse environment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and coach a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results
