About the Role

Bridgestone Americas is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales and Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our retail sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, sales, and issue resolution in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, sales, and issue resolution to customers
  • Perform basic vehicle service tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks
  • Assist with store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and display maintenance
  • Learn and operate store systems, including point-of-sale and inventory management software
  • Assist with training and development of new team members
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid automobile driver's license required
  • Customer service and career growth mindset required
  • Ability to complete required store education courses and modules
  • Ability to learn and perform basic vehicle service tasks
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2-year degree or non-traditional education through training program completion, certification, or other exhibiting the growth mindset that is needed in this candidate
  • Previous consumer retail sales experience
  • Previous automotive experience a plus
  • Previous management/supervisory experience a plus
