Staff - Registered Nurse (RN) - CVU - Cardiovascular Unit

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Cardiovascular Unit at Baylor Scott & White Health. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.
Responsibilities- Conduct detailed clinical assessments and prioritize patient and family needs
- Create, implement, and evaluate care plans to achieve desired outcomes
- Build relationships with patients, families, and colleagues to provide therapeutic connections and empower patients with knowledge
- Delegate tasks effectively and follow up promptly to ensure efficient patient care
- Use problem-solving strategies to address patient needs and prioritize safety, effectiveness, and efficiency
- Minimum one year of recent full-time Telemetry/EKG experience, with knowledge of basic hemodynamics and cardiac medications
- Registered Nurse (RN) certification and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on patient-centered care
