The Logistics Operations Specialist role offers a competitive compensation range of $/hr.

$500 sign-on bonus available for eligible participants hired during the program, paid in two installments. Other rules apply; current employees and contract workers are not eligible.

As a Logistics Operations Specialist, your tasks will include monitoring drivers' delivery activity, handling scheduling, delivery and routing issues with customers and drivers, heavy phone communication, billing, and data entry. Joining RXO, Inc. means playing a key role in providing daily freight solutions for global customers.

What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like:

  • Maintaining phone communication between external customers and drivers/couriers
  • Assisting drivers with delivery issues
  • Resolving customer complaints and answering questions
  • Monitoring delivery routes progress
  • Handling customer billing and data entry
  • Assigning delivery routes to drivers/couriers
  • Overseeing unloading processes of returning routes
  • Performing additional duties as requested

What You'll Need to Excel:

Required:

  • 1 year of customer service experience resolving issues

Preferred:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Call center experience
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to resolve issues
  • Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and exceed customer expectations

Physical requirement: Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
