The Vice President of Client Banking Services is a highly experienced professional position. In this capacity, the individual will assess moderately complex and variable challenges that could have significant repercussions. The role involves evaluating different approaches and making decisions that balance various alternatives while considering potentially conflicting situations, utilizing multiple sources of information. Strong analytical skills are essential for filtering, prioritizing, and validating complex and dynamic data from diverse sources.

Effective communication and diplomacy skills are critical, as the role assumes both informal and formal leadership responsibilities within teams. The Vice President will be actively involved in mentoring and training new team members, with a notable impact on project scope and geographical reach by influencing decisions through expert advice and facilitating services within their area of specialization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive service support to clients, addressing intricate inquiries.
  • Assist in daily operations related to documentation, including account management and loan processing.
  • Coordinate client/prospect meetings, including pre-call preparations and post-meeting documentation.
  • Support the Banker in identifying, qualifying, and converting prospects into clients.
  • Facilitate the Banker in enhancing existing client relationships through detailed analysis.
  • Contribute to the development of sales and marketing strategies aimed at driving revenue growth and attracting new clients, particularly in Investments.
  • Assist in prospecting efforts by conducting research, generating leads, and coordinating client events.
  • Provide timely and accurate revenue tracking and deal pipeline reports to the Banker.
  • Ensure compliance with KYC/AML documentation and maintain updated client records.
  • Evaluate risks associated with business decisions, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and ethical practices.

Qualifications:

  • 5 to 8 years of relevant experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of Investments, Banking, and Credit products.
  • Proven ability to manage both internal and external relationships.
  • Strong multitasking capabilities.
  • Possession of FINRA SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 licenses (or ability to obtain within a specified timeframe).

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
