Vice President of Asset Management:

Our client is searching for an individual join Asset Management team for a primarily multifamily and student housing portfolio. This well-established and well-regarded firm is actively searching to expand their team and is looking for a person who thrives in periods of rapid growth.

The Vice President of Asset Management will be:

We are looking for an individual with strong multifamily and student housing experience who prides themselves on helping a community thrive. The client's goal is to bring life into the communities built, and prides themselves on the cultivation of a fantastic workforce and company culture. We are looking for entrepreneurial people who do well working cohesively with a team, and is focused on the service aspect of the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strong oversight into the portfolio operations, with a collaborative, hands-on approach
  • Ensuring compliance with all posted procedures and company regulations
  • High level of communication with all internal and external teams to foster an outstanding working environment
  • Service-oriented professional who will assist in maintaining the properties with excellence
  • A Motivated individual who exemplifies strong leadership skills and a dedication to their team

The Director of Asset Management has the following Qualifications:

  • 5-7+ years of experience in asset management
  • Strong experience managing multifamily and student housing assets
  • Excellent understanding of financial modeling and experience building out strategy plans
  • Well-established interpersonal skills, and the ability to present to a team
  • Ability to provide oversight and management to assets by conducting site visits
  • Operationally minded asset management
  • Passion for learning, and an attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree required from a top institution, preferably in real estate, finance, or business administration
