Position Overview
We are currently seeking a Clinic Support Specialist to assist with the daily operations of our clinics. This role is essential in ensuring that our healthcare services run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage staff scheduling and ensure adequate coverage.
- Maintain and update spreadsheets for tracking purposes.
- Monitor and record employee hours.
- Order necessary supplies and manage inventory.
- Label items for scanning and assist with various administrative tasks as directed by the Clinic Director.

Work Schedule:
This position will require availability from 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinic or healthcare environment is preferred.
- Proficiency in computer skills is advantageous.
