Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office and Patient Coordinator to join our team at Psychiatric Medical Care LLC. As an Office and Patient Coordinator, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our Older Adult patients and ensuring the smooth operation of our program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with a small interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality care to patients as ordered by a doctor.
  • Assist with creating a culture of kindness and accountability within the program.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulations, including clinical, billing, and operational compliance.
Requirements
  • CNA, LPN, or MA preferred.
  • Ability to operate a motor vehicle and transport patients.
  • Medical office experience preferred.
  • Passion for working with Older Adults preferred.
  • Front desk/administrative experience preferred.
