Job Summary: We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technology Lead specializing in system integration with Facets and Informatica. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ETL processes, MicroStrategy, and Data Warehousing solutions, with a strong background in the Healthcare domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement solutions with a focus on Informatica solutions with Facets.
- Lead ETL processes development involving migrations and synchronization between Facets SQL/Oracle and Informatica.
- Understand and work with claims, eligibility, and billing modules from FACETS.
- Experience with databases including Oracle, SQL Server, and Netezza.
- Operate on HP-UNIX/LINUX and Windows Server environments.
- Handle release management, process management, and administrator roles while supporting applications.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.
- 11+ years of development experience, bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering or related field.
- Extensive experience with Informatica, and batch operations.
- Strong understanding of FACETS and experience in Healthcare domain.
- Excellent project management and client interaction skills.
- Certifications in relevant technologies are a plus.
