We are on the lookout for a Sanitation Team Leader to enhance our operations at the Chaska facility. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the sanitation division to uphold top-tier standards. Your duties will encompass delegating responsibilities, enforcing safety regulations, educating and inspiring team members, and ensuring adherence to sanitation guidelines. The ideal candidate will possess a High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor's Degree preferred), along with 3-5 years of leadership experience and familiarity with GMP, HACCP, and third-party audit standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delegate tasks and supervise sanitization procedures
  • Enforce safety and food safety regulations
  • Educate and mentor sanitation personnel
  • Organize workforce scheduling
  • Verify sanitation of equipment
  • Maintain sanitation records
  • Ensure adequate inventory of sanitation supplies
  • Perform additional responsibilities as required

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required (Bachelor's Degree preferred)
  • 3-5 years of leadership experience
  • Understanding of GMP, HACCP, and audit standards
  • Capability to prioritize and organize work tasks

Shift: 1st Shift Hours, Friday-Monday, 10-hour shifts.
