Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Management and Seller Protections Manager to join our Walmart US Ecommerce Marketplace team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for collaborating with external service providers, strategy, product, engineering, operations, procurement, and other internal partners to build transportation solutions that provide our sellers with a choice of affordable shipping services and for our buyers, a best-in-class delivery experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement transportation solutions that meet the needs of our sellers and buyers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business opportunities
  • Lead the development and execution of business plans and strategies
  • Manage and analyze data to drive business decisions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external service providers and internal stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems, Finance, Management Information Systems, or related field
  • 3+ years' experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area
  • Strong business acumen and excellent communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Data science experience
  • Strong SQL and Python experience
  • Problem-solving skills
