Job Title: Vice President Talent, Development & Inclusion (TD&I)

We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our Human Resources team as Vice President Talent, Development & Inclusion (TD&I). This critical role involves developing and executing innovative talent management strategies, programs, and tools to drive business success.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Design and implement talent management strategies, programs, and tools that align with business objectives.
  2. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute inclusive employee development initiatives.
  3. Leverage technology, data, and analytics to inform talent management decisions and optimize program effectiveness.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with key partners, including HR Business Partners, Total Rewards, and Talent Acquisition.

What We Offer:
A highly competitive salary range of $228,565.00-$323,700.00, excellent benefits package, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 12+ years of experience in succession/talent management, change management, organization/leadership development, and performance management.
  • Mastery of talent management strategies, programs, and tools.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
