  • Customer Service: Work with internal contacts to ensure correct plans, routes, and on-time service for all customer loads.
  • Driver Relations: Develop and cultivate relationships with drivers, promoting a positive and empathetic attitude.
  • Communication: Provide precise communication to all internal and external contacts.
Requirements
  • Education: Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain/Logistics, Operations Management, or other business-related major.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Personal Qualities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong attention to detail.
Working Relationships

Interact daily with drivers, operations personnel, customers, and all levels of Marten management.
