Position Overview:

The Senior GEOINT Performance Analyst will facilitate the evaluation of GEOINT collection performance metrics to assist in comprehensive GEOINT architecture assessments. This role involves crafting strategic recommendations aimed at enhancing the efficacy of GEOINT collection methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and model diverse systems utilizing sophisticated mathematical principles.
  • Examine GEOINT collection strategies and overall GEOINT Enterprise performance to provide insights for optimizing collection efforts based on data from both established and emerging GEOINT repositories.
  • Utilize programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL for data analysis.
  • Develop custom queries and visualizations to extract GEOINT performance data that align with client needs.
  • Employ scripting techniques to perform data analysis and advanced analytics tasks.
  • Apply qualitative and quantitative methodologies to formulate new metrics and advanced analytical strategies for assessing multi-source GEOINT satisfaction and performance.
  • Leverage knowledge of GEOINT collection management tools to evaluate the current remote sensing constellation, including sensor orbits and specific sensor characteristics.
  • Understand traditional end-to-end GEOINT sources, including airborne and commercial data, as well as the GEOINT TCPED process.
  • Maintain an active TS/SCI clearance and be prepared to undergo a polygraph examination.
  • Possess a high school diploma or GED with a minimum of 10 years of analytical experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 7+ years, a Master's degree with 5+ years, or a Doctorate with 2+ years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with applications such as Map of the World, ArcGIS, Google Earth, or similar tools.
  • Experience as a GEOINT analyst focusing on imagery or geospatial analysis, or as a GEOINT source strategies analyst.
  • Leadership experience in guiding a team of data scientists in conducting trend analyses and evaluating GEOINT collection performance across multiple geospatial data sources.
  • Knowledge of big data technologies such as Hadoop, HUE, Hive, Pig, Spark, Elasticsearch, or Kibana.
  • Experience with GIMS, Web FishTools, or yODA/MTD.
  • Ability to create and assess the technical accuracy of presentation materials and visual aids.
  • Certification in Geospatial-Intelligence Proficiency Level-I (GPC-I) is advantageous.

Security Clearance:

Selected candidates will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information; a TS/SCI clearance is mandatory.
