We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced GEOINT Business Lead to join our team at ManTech International Corporation.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the coordination of the bi-weekly Combat Operations Support Team (COST) and update presentations for senior leadership on behalf of IX leadership.
- Schedule and coordinate the delivery of special analytic briefs in support of expeditionary operations and send out classified briefs via secure channels.
- Work logistics issues with the VTC Team, track/update/research action items from the COST Update and respond to and resolve assigned tasks in a timely manner.
- Produce the Daily Accountability Matrix (DAM) (Monday-Friday) by organizing/editing all deployed site reports into one report.
- Maintain cognizance of day-to-day critical IX activities pertaining to systems technology and data, and then communicate issues and concerns to the IX leadership.
- Coordinate the bi-weekly Mission Manager meetings for the IX leadership, to include preparing the agenda and writing and editing the minutes from the meetings.
- Provide input to the generation of a Concepts of Operations (CONOPS) for NGA support to expeditionary operations based on lessons learned from current NGA deployers.
- Help with DOD Global Force Management (GFM) requests, attend weekly VTC meetings, and work with IX leadership to accept or reject NGA requests for forces (RFFs).
- Maintain strong lines of communication with deployed leadership teams, and coordinate between IX, KCs, deployers, and COCOMS on issues impacting expeditionary operations.
- Attend Operation Planning Team (OPT) meetings for emerging and new requirements of expeditionary operations and shall keep IX leadership informed of potential impacts of new requirements to existing deployed/operational resources.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- 11 years of analytical experience
- Bachelor's degree OR 4 additional years' experience
- Microsoft Office and desktop publishing tools with editing skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills and can interact with senior leaders, department heads, managers, and GEOINT Analysts
We prefer candidates with:
- Experience within the Intelligence Community
- Experience with setting up secure communication platforms
- Understanding of DoD and deployed environment
- GEOINT Experience
This role requires:
- Active TS/SCI with the ability to obtain and maintain a Poly
This role requires:
- Able to remain in a stationary position 50%
- Constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery
- Frequently communicate with co-workers, management, and customers
