Marketing and Client Development Assistant

Terracon is seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Client Development Assistant to join our dynamic team in Missouri. As a key member of our Northcentral Division team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to a team of marketing and/or client development professionals.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing marketing support for qualification statements, proposal development forms, and presentations
  • Assisting with maintaining proposals, presentations, and other marketing/communications materials
  • Coordinating travel, assisting with event preparation and logistics, and maintaining mailing lists
  • Generating reports from CRM and Power BI
  • Assisting in pursuit and proposal research using Dodge, Curate, IMS, ISQFT, etc.
  • Maintaining files and records for client development materials, including annual updates to master employee resumes, project capsules, and related data for use in proposals and qualifications statements
  • Assisting with direct mail activities for the office
  • Following safety rules, guidelines, and standards for all projects and participating in pre-task planning
  • Entering contacts in CRM, registering staff for events and conferences, renewing memberships, and maintaining the event calendar
  • Setting up and breaking down professional displays at designated conferences or professional trade shows
  • Scheduling meetings with clients under the direction of the CD Manager
  • Assisting the CD Manager with networking contacts and soliciting advice or assistance from other members of the firm to implement strategy
  • Facilitating the completion of marketing/client development plans with department managers
  • Collaborating with the CD Manager to coordinate client and project pursuits
  • Assisting with organization and execution of promotional activities

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years' relevant experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable violation history
