Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage user access and permissions in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Requirements:
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Deep understanding of Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Automation Studio, Web Studio, Journey Builder, Audience Builder, and Reporting
  • Experience with integrating Salesforce Marketing Cloud with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs and setting up Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP)
  • Ability to create technical documentation for monitoring, changes, and enhancements in Salesforce
  • Superb communications skills (written and oral)
  • Effective listener
  • Experience with Salesforce mobile application capabilities and basics of Lightning framework
  • Experience with object-oriented language such as Java and JavaScript
  • Knowledge of SOQL and web services
  • Knowledge and experience with CSS, HTML, and dashboards

Working Conditions:

This is a 100% onsite position, and the ideal candidate must be authorized to work in the US (no H1B). The salary range is $40/hour to $62/hour.
