  • Create and manage data extensions and data filters to segment audiences and target campaigns.
  • Develop and manage CloudPages to create landing pages, microsites, and forms in Webstudio.
  • Design, configure, and automate journeys using Journey Builder.
  • Create and manage automated SMS campaigns, including opt-in/opt-out processes.
  • Manage day-to-day operational needs in Salesforce, including data integration and platform builds.
  • Build and edit code in Salesforce, test new functionality, and create and manage dashboards.
  • Manage and create custom applications and automate business processes via SFDC.
  • Monitor and debug deployment tools, manage communication between different systems using web services, and support testing, including unit testing, user acceptance testing, regression, and end-to-end testing.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities and provide guidance on maximizing system potential.
  • Develop and maintain email marketing campaigns that adhere to PHI and CAN-SPAM regulations, including managing unsubscribe mechanisms and ensuring accurate sender information.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in campaigns, journeys, and automation workflows.
  • Manage user access and permissions in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
