We are seeking a motivated and experienced sales professional to join our Outreach team in Richmond, VA. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact and work closely with internal partners, including marketing, product, client success, and legal. The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 per year, with a target performance-based bonus that could bring the total compensation to $90,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and operationalize a growth strategy to penetrate new markets efficiently.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources and partners across priority markets.
  • Travel locally (approximately 1 hour driving distance) 4-5 days a week to meet with potential referral partners, patients, and providers.
  • Design and implement strategies to support and engage referral partners across different channels.
  • Deepen Charlie Health's presence in existing partnerships.
