Job Requirements:

We are in search of skilled Carpenters who possess a strong work ethic, maintain a professional appearance, and have a comprehensive understanding of various trades, including Carpentry, Tiling, Painting, Drywalling, as well as basic Plumbing and Electrical work. Excellent customer service skills, including effective communication and interpersonal abilities, are essential for interacting positively with a diverse range of clients, coworkers, management, and office staff.

Specific qualifications include:

  • Proven experience as a Carpenter/Handyman; experience in estimation and home inspections is highly desirable
  • Capability to perform minor electrical and plumbing tasks
  • Possession of a standard set of tools for all trades mentioned
  • Valid driver's license
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient documentation and invoicing abilities
  • Professional demeanor and appearance
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Willingness to assist the office with special estimation tasks.

Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 annually
