We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team at Courtyard New Orleans Downtown Near the French Quarter. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our hotel, providing exceptional guest service, and leading a team of dedicated professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete designated cashier and closing reports in the computer system.
  • Review shift logs/daily memo books and document pertinent information in logbooks.
  • Contact appropriate individuals or departments as necessary to resolve guest calls, requests, or problems.
  • Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations in the computer system, verifying guest identity, requesting payment, assigning rooms, and activating and issuing room keys.
  • Sell rooms/accommodations to guests without reservations based on availability.
  • Ensure rates match market codes and document any exceptions.
  • Ensure checks from outlets (e.g., Health Club, Retail Shop) are scanned and charged to rooms.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of related work experience.
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
