Job Title: Aesthetic Sales Representative

Job Summary:

LaserAway is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Aesthetic Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales of our non-surgical aesthetic treatments, and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule appointments with warm leads, conduct consultations, and expertly describe LaserAway's treatments and skin care line.
  • Build rapport with potential patients, explain product and service capabilities, overcome objections, and prepare financing contracts with lenders like Care Credit.
  • Introduce new products and services to existing accounts.
  • Upsell additional products and services to ensure continued client engagement.
  • Evaluate current aesthetic treatment processes and recommend new products and services.
  • Check patients in/out, ensure a positive experience, maintain a clean and professional clinic.
  • Restock inventory, light cleaning, assist clinicians with room turnover, and uphold brand standards.
  • Greet patients warmly, offer beverages, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Follow LaserAway policies and protocols.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years sales experience required, commission base structure preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, stay attentive to patients, and be flexible to business needs.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand and sit for long periods.
  • Operate a computer and phone system.
