RN Staff Educator Inpatient Oncology Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled RN Staff Educator Inpatient Oncology to join our team at Research Medical Center. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will play a vital role in providing educational and clinical support to our nursing team.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement educational programs for nursing staff to enhance their knowledge and skills in oncology care.
- Provide clinical guidance and support to nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement evidence-based practices in oncology care.
- Assess the needs of nursing staff and develop targeted educational programs to address knowledge gaps and improve patient outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in oncology care and incorporate this knowledge into educational programs.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in nursing and a current RN license from the Missouri Division of Professional Registration or an active compact license.
- At least 3 years of clinical experience in oncology nursing, with a focus on education and training.
- Experience in teaching and training nursing staff, with a proven track record of improving patient outcomes.
- A strong understanding of evidence-based practices in oncology care and the ability to develop and implement educational programs to support these practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
