Registered Nurse RN Inpatient Oncology Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse RN Inpatient Oncology to join our team at Research Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to patients with hematological malignancies who are receiving bone marrow transplants.
Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans to optimize patient outcomes.
- Administer chemotherapy and biotherapy treatments, including investigational protocols, and manage related side effects.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between departments.
- Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families, addressing their unique needs and concerns.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of evidence-based practices.
- Current licensure as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) of practice.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records.
- Previous clinical experience in oncology or a related field, preferred.
