Customer Service Representative

The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude and a strong work ethic, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process orders and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist customers in achieving their vision for their outdoor living space, providing expert advice and guidance
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and perform regular counts
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, responding to their needs and concerns
  • Utilize various software packages to produce high-quality reports and support daily office operations
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in PC-based software packages, including spreadsheets and word processing
