Job Summary

Oceaneering is seeking a skilled Site Supervisor to lead the deployment and installation of Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV) solutions for our customers in the manufacturing, warehousing, and healthcare industries. The successful candidate will oversee the activities of the site team, serve as the primary site interface with the customer, and work closely with the Program or Project Manager to track progress and resolve system deployment challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop plans of execution to deploy OMR solutions in collaboration with the Program or Project Manager.
  • Organize and execute the installation of OMR systems according to the developed plan.
  • Establish and utilize processes and operating procedures to ensure efficient and effective work execution, delivering the best value for the company and the customer.
  • Supervise a team of engineers and technicians at a customer site, providing feedback to resource managers to improve customer satisfaction and develop team capabilities.
  • Ensure and enforce operational and safety standards of the installation team.
  • Develop and maintain status reports to provide a clear picture of project status to the project team, project management, and the customer.
  • Represent OMR as the on-site lead and main point of contact for the customer, coordinating installation activities and escalating issues to internal project management as required.
Requirements

  • High School Graduate or Equivalent.
  • Technical 2-yr degree or 4-yr degree in a technical field preferred.
  • Five [5] years of experience leading a diverse team in the execution of technical projects.
  • Two [2] years of experience developing integrated detail-level plans for the execution of production, manufacturing, and/or installation of technical projects.
  • Experience interfacing directly with customers in technical projects.
  • Ability to travel within the continental US up to 50%, or residency in an area convenient to OMR customer sites.
Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to obtain a passport and necessary visas; ability to travel internationally.
Additional Information

This position is Hybrid - Remote and will require commuting to a designated office. Hybrid work schedules are determined by the hiring manager based on business need.
