Grocery Department Manager

Coborn's, a leading employee-owned grocery retailer, is seeking a highly skilled Grocery Department Manager to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing the Grocery department plans and management responsibilities to promote sales, achieve profit margins, and exceed guest service expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the grocery department employees and all Grocery department operational and merchandising standards.
- Coordinate and execute the Grocery department plans and management responsibilities to promote sales and achieve profit margins.
- Exceed guest service expectations and goals by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve overall store performance.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous retail/customer service experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, customers, and vendors.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
