Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join our team at Lm2 Resource Solutions. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for operating a slip forklift to move and stack materials in our warehouse or distribution center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a slip forklift to move materials to and from storage areas, loading docks, and trucks
  • Stack and arrange materials in an organized manner to maximize storage space
  • Load and unload trucks and containers using the forklift
  • Inspect and maintain the forklift, including checking fluid levels, tire pressure, and general maintenance
  • Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
  • Keep track of inventory and report any discrepancies to the supervisor
  • Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed, such as picking and packing orders, and general cleaning and maintenance
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience operating a slip forklift
  • Valid forklift certification
  • Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and guidelines
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions
  • Experience with RF scanners and warehouse management systems is a plus
