Position Summary

We are looking for a skilled engineer to join our team and contribute to the advancement of ReCarbon's plasma reforming technology.

This role requires a candidate with a solid foundation in chemistry, physics, and engineering, alongside strong technical writing and communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate, assemble, and maintain chemical processing equipment.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop the next generation of reactors.
  • Engage in process safety evaluations (HAZOP, PHA, LOPA).
  • Create and update P&ID diagrams for chemical process systems.
  • Manage report generation, templating, and data analysis for experiments.
  • Identify and assess opportunities for process enhancements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry with 0-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in designing and conducting experiments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with analytical chemistry and spectroscopic techniques is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Python, R, or other scripting/visualization tools is a plus.
  • Theoretical and practical knowledge of plasma physics is beneficial.
  • Experience in industries such as Oil and Gas, Pharmaceuticals, or Semiconductors is a plus.
  • Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office applications.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position with potential travel requirements of up to 25%, both domestically and internationally.
