Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including government agencies and community organizations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in ABA and behavioral health.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • State licensure where required.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
