Clinical Director

At New Paradigm Recovery, we are seeking a highly experienced and passionate Clinical Director to lead our IOP and Outpatient treatment programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of evidence-based practices in substance use treatment and recovery, as well as experience working with people with co-occurring disorders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage clinical operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Supervise and mentor clinical staff, promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate IOP and Outpatient treatment programs, ensuring all services are evidence-based and aligned with industry best practices.
- Conduct clinical assessments and ensure continuous evaluation of client progress.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as accreditation standards.
- Implement quality assurance measures to improve treatment outcomes and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
- Current, valid licensure in Virginia or other state with ability to quickly apply for reciprocity (e.g., LCSW, LPC, Psy-D).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in substance use treatment, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
