About the Role

Promising a brighter future for our patients, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Therapist to join our team at Promise Healthcare.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality mental health counseling services to individuals, groups, couples, or families.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify patients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with primary medical, psychiatry, and oral health care providers to deliver integrated care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our electronic health record system.
  • Make referrals for specialized services and track progress.
  • Advocate for improved services for patients with mental health needs.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of an effective mental health program within Promise Healthcare.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., social work, counseling, or marriage and family therapy).
  • Valid licensure as a Licensed Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a clinic setting.
  • Strong clinical skills to facilitate client sessions and social groups.
  • Valid driver's license, insurance, and transportation to other clinics as needed.
