About the Role

Lighthouse Autism Center is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Behavioral Therapist to join our team. As a Behavioral Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing collaborative, compassionate care to individuals with autism and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans that promote the best outcomes for our learners.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs), and Occupational Therapists (OTs), to create and maintain comprehensive treatment packages.
  • Provide supervision and guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure they are equipped to provide high-quality services.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date on the latest evidence-based practices in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
