Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls, warmly greet patients, and facilitate their check-in and check-out processes.
  • Uphold strict confidentiality regarding patient information, demonstrating sensitivity and discretion.
  • Oversee patient flow to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Distribute consent forms and gather necessary documentation from patients.
  • Coordinate patient scheduling effectively.
  • Organize both physical and digital records meticulously.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and other shared spaces.
  • Oversee all front desk operations, including the processing of payment transactions.

Qualifications:

  • Willingness to work during clinic operating hours is essential.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule of 5 days, including Monday through Saturday.
  • Potential travel to other clinic locations may be required based on operational needs.
  • Prior experience in a medical office setting is mandatory.
  • Proficient telephone and computer skills are required.
  • Strong communication abilities with physicians, patients, and colleagues are necessary.
  • Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
