Architectural Project Manager Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and experienced Architectural Project Manager to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for managing a variety of architectural projects, from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full project lifecycle, from initial concept through to final delivery, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients and other staff members.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including construction documentation.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
  • Use Revit and AutoCAD to design and plan projects.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates and managing their expectations throughout the project.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture with 3+ years of experience with retail or restaurant projects.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in the Architecture industry.
  • Proven experience in Architectural Project Management and Construction Documentation.
  • Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
