Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Superintendent to oversee the construction of large ground-up data centers in Arizona. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects and leading teams to success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of the construction process, including coordinating workers, materials, and equipment
  • Ensure specifications are being followed and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget
  • Manage a team of construction workers and subcontractors to ensure efficient and safe task completion
  • Implement and enforce site safety procedures and regulations
  • Prepare and submit progress reports to stakeholders
Requirements
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Superintendent, Mission Critical Superintendent, Data Center Superintendent, or in a similar role within ground-up construction
  • Proven track record of successfully overseeing and completing complex construction projects, preferably in the data center environment
  • Extensive knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSHA guidelines
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred
