We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Plasma Collection Specialist. As a key member of our plasma donation center, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our donors.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Screening new and repeat donors to ensure their eligibility to donate
- Conducting phlebotomy procedures to collect plasma from donors
- Providing exceptional customer service to donors, answering their questions, and addressing their concerns
- Maintaining accurate records of donor information and plasma collection data
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes to enhance our center's operations
We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service, has strong communication skills, and is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
