Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at HexaQuEST Health, Inc. in a rural community in south central Oregon. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, assessing patient conditions, and developing individualized plans of care.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Med-Surg, Labor and Delivery, and post-partum nursing, with a minimum of 2 years of experience. You will be required to have current ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications. Additionally, you will be responsible for conveying a professional and positive image of nursing and the hospital to the public.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide nursing care to assigned patients
  • Assess patient conditions and develop individualized plans of care
  • Implement duties within the scope of rules and regulations of the Oregon State Board of Nursing and the Nurse Practice Act
  • Function calmly and effectively in emergent situations and peak work times
  • Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate a positive and compassionate attitude toward patients and their families
