Job Title: Oregon Registered Occupational Therapist: Friday-Monday

Job Summary:

Evaluate and implement effective occupational therapy programs to restore maximum function to patients with physical and/or mental disabilities. Collaborate with healthcare teams and family members to achieve patient goals.



Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patients' abilities and develop personalized therapy plans.
  • Implement and direct occupational therapy activities to promote patient independence and functionality.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest occupational therapy techniques and best practices.


Requirements:

Bachelor of Science or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.

Eligible for licensure or current licensure from the State of Oregon. Current valid Oregon driver's license required. Current CPR certification required.

Licensure/Certification/Registration:
Must meet the necessary requirements for licensure as an Occupational Therapist by the Oregon State Board of Health

Current CPR certification requiredExperience/Knowledge:

Must have current knowledge of occupational therapy principles and practices related to physical disability and rehabilitation procedures.

Understands the principles of team approach and recognizes capabilities and limitations of other team members. Must possess a positive attitude and utilize good communication skills. Effective team skills including interaction, support, and respect are required.
