Oregon Occupational Therapist: Friday-Monday

Job Summary:
Evaluate and assist patients in achieving maximum function through occupational therapy, working under the guidance of a physician. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop personalized plans, utilizing a holistic approach to address physical and mental disabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients' abilities and develop customized therapy plans to restore function and independence.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication.
- Work with patients and their families to set and achieve realistic goals, promoting a positive and supportive environment.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest occupational therapy techniques and best practices, ensuring the highest level of care for patients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the State of Oregon.
- Valid Oregon driver's license and current CPR certification.
Work Schedule:
40 hours/week, 10-hour shifts, Friday-Monday schedule.
Special Requirements:
Must be currently active and eligible for licensure as an Occupational Therapist by the Oregon State Board of Health.
