Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute customer success plans to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer issues and concerns.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and kick-offs to ensure customer success and growth.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in customer success management, consulting, or sales.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
