Lead a Team to Success at NUCKOLLS

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at NUCKOLLS. As a leader, you will be responsible for learning our process to service existing clients, developing relationships to add new clients, and leading a small team to achieve the same goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service existing client base with exceptional customer service skills.
  • Research new business opportunities and identify potential clients.
  • Supervise team activity and results, providing guidance and support when needed.
  • Train and develop incoming team members on our systems and processes.
  • Report daily field activity using our CRM system.
  • Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development to drive team success.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary.
  • Ability to function well in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment.
  • Passion for helping people and developing relationships.
  • Sales or customer service experience.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Desire to be active in the community.
  • Knowledge of CRMs, preferably Salesforce.

Licensing Requirements:

  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
  • Clean background and own transportation are necessary.
  • 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
