We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at White Bear Mitsubishi. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in generating excitement and enthusiasm among customers, assisting them in finding their desired vehicle, and maintaining a strong pipeline of sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our vehicle inventory and features to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Assist customers in finding the perfect vehicle, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless buying experience.
  • Meet and exceed sales performance targets, consistently maintaining a high level of sales activity and customer engagement.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
