As a key member of our emergency services team, you will be responsible for supervising work on emergency and non-emergency service jobs, performing advanced techniques for water and fire mitigation, and remediating areas damaged by mold, water, or fire.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee emergency water extraction services and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Clean up and debris removal of damaged drywall, cabinetry, and flooring.
  • Perform demolition tasks and setup emergency services equipment.
  • Effectively supervise crew members and other employees on job sites, adhering to EPA, OSHA, and local requirements regarding safety and hazardous materials handling.
  • Direct teams in the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and review daily project requirements, documenting progress and notifying managers of challenges encountered.
  • Inspect jobs on a weekly basis or as needed for quality control, safety, and compliance.
  • Provide field documentation and sketches for all projects, including humidity content records, psychrometry records, and drying objectives.
  • Calculate cubic meters of affected building areas and request additional support for large water losses.
  • Responsible for maintenance and repair of drying equipment and monitoring consumable material stock.
  • Perform daily inspections of vehicle safety and maintenance, ensuring vehicles are clean and in good condition.
Requirements
  • IICRC water certification required.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
  • 5 years of supervisory experience in the restoration construction industry.
  • Experience using MICA, Dash, or other related water mitigation software.
  • Understanding of basic construction safety.
  • Ability to effectively use communication devices and technology.
  • Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to be flexible and adaptable based on business needs.
  • Ability to work with time constraints to meet specific deadlines.
  • Ability to travel and work at night and during weekends.
  • Deep knowledge of customer service principles.
  • Ability to interpret mold assessment protocols for remediation work.
  • Eligible to operate a vehicle per company policy.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to safely use hand and power tools.
  • Ability to lift 50 LBS and occasionally climb ladders, bend, kneel, and work in extreme hot, cold, and humid conditions.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear.
Environmental Conditions
  • Exposure to outdoor conditions, including inclement weather.
  • Ability to work in a construction environment.
  • The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to high; ear protection worn as needed.
