Position Overview:

The Sales and Service Associate plays a vital role at Scenthound, dedicated to promoting memberships while delivering outstanding service to every client.

Requirements for the Role:

Ideal Candidate:

We seek a driven team player who is passionate about sales and customer service. A successful Sales and Service Associate is sociable, self-driven, capable of independent problem-solving, and a devoted dog enthusiast.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote membership sales through education on health and wellness
  • Achieve key performance metrics - average ticket price and rebooking ratio - through memberships, service add-ons, and retail sales
  • Generate membership leads and follow up with prospective members
  • Handle phone inquiries, schedule appointments, and manage customer profiles
  • Oversee cash handling and maintain the cash drawer
  • Manage customer expectations, address concerns, and ensure membership retention
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area according to Scenthound standards
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Scenter Manager
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Confidence in selling services and products
  • Ability to connect with clients (both canine and human) and deliver exceptional customer service
