Job Description
We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee our store team, ensuring seamless execution of daily operations. Key responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service, meeting sales targets, maintaining merchandising standards, and performing opening/closing procedures. This role involves coaching the team, processing returns/exchanges, supervising the sales floor, and utilizing effective selling techniques to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Model G.U.E.S.T. service approach and consistently deliver World Class Service.
  1. Greet and welcome customers warmly and enthusiastically.
  2. Understand customer needs by asking open-ended questions.
  3. Explain product features and benefits related to customers' needs.
  4. Suggest additional items to enhance sales using effective selling techniques.
  5. Thank customers sincerely and invite them to return.
  • Become a TPS Brand Ambassador.
  • Build customer loyalty through friendly and respectful interactions.
  • Inspire and motivate the team daily by delivering positive feedback and recognizing achievements.
  • Maintain a positive work environment by promoting ethical behavior and confidentiality.
  • Present professionally in attire, demeanor, appearance, and adherence to company dress code.
  • Support sales efforts across all business channels to maximize company sales.
  • Capture accurate and valid customer information at the POS.
  • Process promotions correctly at the Point of Sale.
  • Demonstrate sound judgment and make decisions in the best interest of the customer, store team, and business.
  • Continuously train and coach associates on GUEST service behaviors and assigned tasks.
  • Show enthusiasm for training and development, utilizing available resources.
  • Prepare incoming product for the sales floor according to supervisor guidance.
  • Merchandise products following company visual guidelines and standards.
  • Demonstrate basic knowledge of relevant computer systems and programs.
  • Uphold store maintenance and cleanliness standards.
  • Perform ear piercings safely and hygienically (select locations).
  • Assist with management functions as expected, including opening/closing procedures, supervising the sales floor, and coordinating breaks.
  • Complete other related tasks within assigned time frames.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures.

Salary Estimate:$40,000 - $60,000 per year (dependent on experience)

Requirements:

  • Previous leadership experience in specialty retail preferred.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Able to multitask while being attentive to customers.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS Systems.
  • Team player with excellent leadership skills.
  • Able to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
  • Able to lift and move medium-to-large items up to 50 pounds.
